Privacy Policy

wcreynders.ai is operated by LTV Labs SA(“we”, “us”), based in South Africa. LTV Labs SA is the responsible party for the personal information described here, on the website and in the phone app. Willem Reynders is the founder and instructor.

We collect only what we need to run the membership:

• Account information from Google or Apple. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and either your email address or, if you choose to hide it, a private relay address from Apple. We never receive your Google or Apple password and we cannot see your other Google or Apple data.
• Profile you add. Anything you choose to put on your profile, such as a short bio, links or a photo, and your answers to the welcome questions when you join.
• Content you create. Posts, comments, poll votes, direct messages, lesson progress, calendar RSVPs and call bookings inside the community.
• Safety reports and blocks. If you report a post, comment, message or member, we keep the report and your reason so a moderator can act on it. If you block someone, we keep that so it keeps working.
• Phone app information. If you allow notifications, we keep a notification address for your phone (a code from Apple or Google that lets us reach that phone) and the type of phone (iPhone or Android). If the app crashes, a crash report with technical details of the fault and your member number is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. The app only sees the photos you pick yourself, and only uses the camera roll for that.
• Payment information. When paid membership goes live, payments are processed by PayFast, collected by LTV Labs SA. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage and technical data. Basic information such as when you last visited, and standard server logs (for example your IP address) used to keep the service secure and working.

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To run the community, playbooks, live calls and member tools.
• To send you service emails about your account and payments, and emails from WC with useful content. Signing in with Google puts you on that list. You can unsubscribe from the content emails at any time using the link in every message. Payment and account emails are sent regardless. If you sign in but do not pay, we keep your name and email address so we can write to you. Ask us at hello@wcreynders.ai and we delete them.
• To take payment and manage your subscription once billing is live.
• To send notifications to your phone, such as a new message, a reply, a new post from the team or a call about to start. You choose which ones in Your account, and you can switch them all off in your phone’s settings.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
• To review reports and remove content or members that break the community rules.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run wcreynders.ai, and only as far as they need it:

• Google for sign-in, and for delivering notifications to Android phones.
• Apple for sign-in, and for delivering notifications to iPhones.
• Expofor passing notifications on to Apple and Google. It receives the notification text and your phone’s notification address, nothing else.
• Sentry for crash reports from the phone app.
• Cloudflare for hosting protection and video streaming.
• Resend for sending our emails.
• PayFast for processing payments (once billing is live).

Our database runs on our own managed server. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.

We count visits to every page using our own analytics software, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, it records no personal information, and nothing about your visit is sent to another company.

On our public pages only, being the home page, this policy, our terms, and the sign-up and payment pages, we also run the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that a visit happened, and it places cookies in your browser so that we can show our adverts to people who have looked at the site. We do not run it inside the member area, so what you read, post or watch once you are a member is never shared with Meta. We use this for advertising measurement and we do not sell your information.

The pixel also uses what Meta calls advanced matching. If you fill in your details on one of those public pages, your email address, your name and your country are scrambled into an unreadable code by your own browser before they go to Meta, so that Meta can tell whether you already have an account with them. The scrambling is one way and we never send your date of birth, gender, phone number or address. We have switched those off.

You can stop all of this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by using your browser’s private mode, or through your Meta advert settings.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. These are needed for the site to work. The only non-essential cookies are the Meta advertising cookies described above, and those appear on our public pages only.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and security needs. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the phone app under Your account, or on the website at wcreynders.ai/account/delete. You do not need to email us.

Deleting removes your login, your email address, your profile, photo and bio, your welcome answers, your likes, votes, RSVPs and lesson progress, and your phones’ notification addresses. Any active membership is cancelled first. What you posted, commented or sent in a message stays, so other members’ conversations still make sense, but it is shown as written by a “Former member” with no name or photo. Records of payments are kept for as long as tax law requires, without your name attached.

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), database access controls that keep members’ private data separate, and least-privilege access for our own systems. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• object to certain uses, and unsubscribe from marketing emails;
• complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

wcreynders.ai is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let members know.
