Terms of Service

wcreynders.ai, the website and the phone app, is operated by LTV Labs SA(“we”, “us”), based in South Africa. Willem Reynders is the founder and instructor. You can reach us at hello@wcreynders.ai.

wcreynders.ai is an online business community that teaches you to build software and run your business with AI. It includes playbooks, a members’ community, a weekly live call, and software tools we make available to members. What is included may change and improve over time.

Your membership is personal to you. You may not share your login or resell, sublicense or give others access to the paid content or tools.

This membership is the training, the tools and the room. It is not everything you need to do the work. Before you join, you need:

Your own Shopify shop. You keep paying Shopify for it and it is not included here.

A computer. A Mac or a Windows machine. This does not work on a phone alone.

A paid Claude plan. This is billed in dollars by Anthropic, not by us, and it is not included in your membership. The free Claude account does not do what we teach. The rand cost of it moves with the exchange rate, so check Anthropic’s own pricing before you join.

We do not do the work for you. We give you the tools, the training and the room. You run your own campaigns, you make your own decisions, and the results are yours. We are not an agency and we do not manage anything on your behalf.

Advertising. We show you how to build and run your own ads with AI, and we publish material on how to run them. We do not create, manage, optimise or monitor your campaigns, and we never touch your ad account.

WhatsApp.We give you software to run your own broadcasts. You set it up, you write the messages, you choose who receives them, and you pay Meta’s conversation fees and any AI usage fees directly. Those are billed by them, not by us, and they are not included in your membership.

Email. We give you the tools. You pay your own sending costs to whichever provider you use. Sending volume is not included in your membership.

Shopify. You bring your own Shopify shop and keep paying Shopify for it. The Shopify material is still being made and is marked pending on our site. We do not promise it by any date.

No guarantee of results. Nothing here is a promise of sales, revenue, savings or any other outcome. Figures we publish are our own, from our own business, and are shown as a record of what happened to us. They are not a forecast of what will happen to you. We are not liable for the results of decisions you make with what you learn here.

Membership is open to anyone who signs in and pays. There is no application and no approval step. We reserve the right to remove anyone at our discretion, without having to give a reason.

If you work in the meal prep or ready-made meals industry, please do not join. If we find out that you have, we end your membership and refund the current month in full, promptly and without you having to ask.

This is a marketing membership. It is about advertising, content, and the sales channels you own. It is not accounting, legal, tax, financial or general business advice, and nothing here should be treated as any of those. If you need that kind of advice, get it from someone qualified to give it.

Everything we publish about our own results is marketing. The figures on our site are real and they are ours, taken from our own accounts. They describe what happened in our business. They are not typical, they are not a projection, and they are not a promise that anything similar will happen in yours. Your results depend on your product, your market, your prices and your own decisions, none of which we control.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for what happens under your membership. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You must be 18 or older to join.

Sign in with Google and pay by card, and you are a member straight away. Access lasts as long as your subscription is active. If a payment fails or you cancel, access stops and comes back the moment a payment goes through again. We may remove access at our discretion, for example where these terms are broken.

Founding members pay R1 299 per month and keep that price for as long as their membership stays active. After the founding places are taken, the price is R3 000 per month. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are collected through PayFast by LTV Labs SA, and that is the name that appears on your card statement or bank records, not wcreynders.ai.

When paid membership goes live, billing is monthly through PayFast and renews automatically until you cancel. We will always tell you the price before you pay.

You can cancel at any time from your profile page. One click, no email and no phone call. PayFast stops charging you and your access ends straight away, so cancel on the day you want to leave rather than early. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for part of a month already started, but we will always put right a genuine billing error. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Inside the community, you agree not to:

• post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing;
• spam, scrape, or use the community to sell to other members without permission;
• share paid playbooks, tools or content with people outside the membership;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. That includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, and anything that targets another member. We remove it and may ban the person who posted it, without warning.

Every post, comment, message and profile has a Report button, on the website and in the app. We look at every report within 24 hours. You can also block any member: you stop seeing their posts and comments, and neither of you can message the other.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to store and show your content inside the platform so the community works. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

You can delete your account at any time, from Your account in the app or at wcreynders.ai/account/delete. Your login and personal details are removed. What you posted in the community stays, shown as “Former member”, so other people’s conversations still make sense.

The playbooks, tools and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and your own business. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing community or membership.

We share the methods and tools we use, but your results depend on your own work, market and circumstances. We do not promise any particular income or outcome. Nothing on wcreynders.ai is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. For decisions like those, speak to a suitably qualified professional.

We work to keep the platform available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update, add to or remove features, and we may change these terms. If we make a material change to the terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let members know. Continuing to use the membership means you accept the updated terms.

We provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

You can leave at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, or where we stop offering the service. If we end the service entirely, we will give members reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
